As a former professional basketball player, a business executive in international start-ups and non-profit organizations, an entrepreneur for the past 20 years and a mother, I integrate in my coaching practice what I’ve learned from these different environments as well as my experiences acquired from living and working on two different continents.
I specialize in working with people who have a desire to create business practices that are fair and sustainable. I find that what my clients have in common is the willingness, the open-mindedness and the curiosity to rethink the way they do things and to explore new ways of behaving even when it means tackling issues that are uncomfortable and treading new ground.
