Schwarz&Co is a communications and coaching agency founded in 2015, located in the heart of Cully, in the stunning Lavaux region of Switzerland. Specializing in branding, communications, graphic design, and web design, our bilingual team (French-English) relies on a broad network of professionals in communication and design.

Passionate about issues related to equality, nature, art, and entrepreneurship, we believe strongly in the importance of supporting projects that break new ground and contribute to a more just and inclusive world. Patricia Schwarz

Founder and Director

A former international basketball player and ex-startup executive, Patricia has a diverse background. Her journey began with a scholarship to a top-tier American university, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in African American History. Her lifelong passion for writing naturally led her into the field of communications.

After a career in the Swiss national basketball team and professional experience in sports, she specialized in branding within international companies. In 2008, she pivoted to coaching, where she has since guided over 300 women entrepreneurs and executives in developing their projects and leadership skills.

Today, her creative writing and strategic mindset serve innovative and bold projects, spanning social causes, sports, and organizations.

Angela Hänzi

Graphic and Web Designer

As a graphic and web designer, Angela has never been one to follow a conventional path. She began her career in real estate but soon followed her creative instincts into the world of design and digital media. She trained as a media technician in Ste-Croix before joining Schwarz&Co, where she could fully explore her creativity.

Curious and always looking for new challenges, she is currently studying at 42, a pioneering programming school in Lausanne. In parallel, she actively participates in organizing student events, where she’s just as adept at serving ideas as she is drinks. A “Zillenial,” Angela brings a refreshing energy, building bridges between generations and creative domains.

Maha Kardouh

Branding Specialist and Graphic Designer

Originally from Syria, Maha worked for over 15 years as a graphic designer in various agencies before seeking refuge in Switzerland. Specializing in visual identity design, she has a sharp eye for detail, balance, and harmony.

Her creative talent shines through both in the generation of original ideas and in their translation into a clear and elegant visual language.

Maha also brings a unique cultural richness to our studio. Her work, her calligraphy and her style are infused with an aesthetic deeply inspired by the Middle East. This influence can be felt in both her artistic expression and her graphic design work, adding a poetic and distinctive dimension to everything she creates.
