Schwarz&Co is a creative studio founded in 2015 and based in Cully, in the heart of Lavaux. We help public institutions, associations and businesses clarify their positioning, shape their story, and bring it to life through words, images, and experiences. Strategy, storytelling and art direction come together to create meaningful work that supports understanding, champions environmental responsibility and strengthens the connection between organizations and their communities.

Patricia Schwarz
Stories, Strategy & Brand Identity
Before founding Schwarz&Co, I had the opportunity to explore communication in many different forms. As a former international basketball player and start-up executive, I worked in media relations in New York, organized events in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Marrakech, and built a community of more than 4,000 fitness instructors to introduce them to a new generation of training shoes.
For the following fifteen years, I worked as an executive coach, supporting more than 500 leaders and numerous public and private organizations in developing their collective intelligence.
Today, I have chosen to slow down, focus on fewer projects, and put my experience at the service of local initiatives that contribute to the ecological transition, strengthen human and ecological diversity, nurture community, and create opportunities for future generations.
Naila Maiorana
Artistic Direction
As an art director and illustrator, I spent more than ten years working for the women’s magazine Femina, while also developing my independent practice. For many years, I designed the magazine published by the Berne Declaration, now Public Eye. These experiences taught me how to bring content and imagery together, giving a clear and sensitive visual form to subjects ranging from society, culture, and lifestyles to major economic and political issues.
I am drawn to projects that bring people together, strengthen connections, and invite us to see the world differently. My experience in art direction, editorial design, and illustration brings depth and robustness to purpose-driven projects that connect people and spark reflection. Alongside my visual communication work, I am developing an autobiographical graphic novel that brings together storytelling, illustration, memory, and Sicily’s culinary traditions.

That collective spirit continues to shape the way we work. We bring together different disciplines, create space for dialogue, and develop communication that is thoughtful, creative, and built to last.

Graphic & Web Design
Designing websites and communication tools for over 20 years.
We have worked together for over 15 years. She is one of the pillars of Schwarz&Co, both for her human qualities and her expertise. She has a particular interest in making the digital world more responsible and sustainable. That’s why the websites we create are hosted in Switzerland and built with care. We believe in creating websites that are robust, long-lasting, and thoughtfully designed—for the people who use them and for the world they are part of.

Graphic Design & Branding
A branding specialist with more than 15 years of agency experience in Syria, specializing in visual identity and brand design.
Our collaboration naturally comes to life through branding projects, because this is where her talent truly shines. She created the visual identity for the 6 campaign by Nous Artisanes du Vin, as well as the beautiful identity for Metamorphosis Psychology.
Sonia Zitouni
Digital Content Creation
A content creator specializing in video and digital communication.
We started working together shortly after she graduated, creating video content for social media. One of our favourite collaborations has been the series of videos we produced for Nous Artisanes du Vin. She brings a fresh perspective to digital communication and helps us create content that feels authentic, engaging, and true to each project’s identity.
